Blissful night in beautiful rural oasis.
Charming house beautifully decorated with lovely, extremely comfortable rooms. Host made us feel so welcome with our own bright, cozy sitting room complete with homemade biscuits and hot tea. Breakfast was fine-restaurant worthy, delicious. Absolutely terrific experience all around, I would highly recommend and will definitely rebook if ever in the neighbourhood again. Faultless!

Milly & Tim made us feel very welcome. So much attention to detail, so many lovely fresh flowers. We'll definitely be back, thank you. We stayed at Saddlers B&B when going to the Goodwood Revival - the location is perfect for Goodwood. We stayed for 3 nights and found Tim and Milly to be warm, friendly and very genuine. The house has lots of history and has been renovated to a really high standard. The room was lovely, really tastefully decorated and the bed was just amazing - so comfortable. The shower was refreshing with lovely toiletries to pamper yourself with. The room was light and airy, it was lovely. Breakfast included lots of local produce and was very tasty with plenty to choose from. There were cut flowers in the room which I thought was a lovely touch and showed just how much Milly and Tim thought about the details of making our stay really special.

My 13 year old daughter Zoe and I stayed here on the penultimate day of a 4 day hike. We were greeted with genuine warmth by Milly and our eyes lit up as she showed us around. Everywhere was light and airy, beautifully and elegantly decorated and furnished, whilst still retaining its character and history, also spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable and luxurious and our en-suite bathroom was spacious with an array of bath products, for Zoe especially to choose from! We visited the Fox and Hounds pub for an evening meal, which is only a 5 minute stroll into the village. The food was very good and sensibly priced. After a very restful night, Milly prepared us a delicious smoothie and cooked breakfast and a lunch bag each for our onward travels. We also really appreciated her taking the time to have a friendly and relaxed conversation with us, another lovely personal touch, and the added bonus of meeting Monte the Schnauzer. Thanks Milly, it was really special and I would highly recommend a visit here to anyone. We were only sad we could not stay longer, but I can guarantee we will return." I loved it here! From the welcome with coffee and cake to the saying of goodbyes this stay felt like we had been with friends or family. The room was cosy and smelt wonderful. We also had the use of the Snug for reading, tv and relaxing. The bed was so warm and comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Choice and quality of breakfast was excellent. A brilliant stay made even special by hosts Tim and Milly, thank you both. Best BnB experience for us both and we will be back soon.

PERFECT STAY & HOST
Stunning house and hospitality. Felt like we were with an old friend. Lots of lovely homemade treats to enjoy too. This is not just a bnb this is like staying at your best friend’s house who knows exactly how to spoil you. Shame it was only one night for us. Would certainly book again when in the area.
