What makes us different?

Tim and Milly are so passionate about providing their guests with an exceptional service, they try and think of everything to make their guests happy.
Milly is a former florist so creates beautiful floral displays around the house and in each guest room, along with tantalising delicious homemade cakes or fudge that melt in your mouth. Everything has been well thought through, pick me up pack in each bedside draw, homemade lavender bags, a torch to visit the pub.. but best of all... the most amazing comfortable bed and linen.
Milly says "making our guests feel like that they are at home is so important to us. I believe that the minute I greet them at their car to the time I wave them farewell, guests should feel like they are treated like a family friend arriving into a relaxed and peaceful home. We hope that they can unwind, enjoy our luxury products in the rooms and forget that they are staying in a B&B and feel at home. Our reviews on trip advisor say it all".

"Saddlers was the ninth of 11 hotels and B&B's that we stayed at in our latest visit to England. Each was excellent in their own way...but Saddlers was exceptional. The facilities are modern, clean and tidy, with lots of little personal touches that make it a standout. Milly, Tim and Monty's exemplary hospitality didn't waver, despite having to put up with a couple of wayward Aussies for five days. Any guidance we needed was cheerfully offered and nothing was too much trouble. The experience was one of catching up with good friends, although we had never met. We were sad to leave and were already planning our return when we did".
