We pride ourselves on using as much produce grown from our garden to give our guests the most deliciously healthy and freshest of all breakfasts.
We use apples from our 123 year old Blenheim tree for the apple compote and rhubarb from our garden, plus a cherry compote marinated with star anise - add to our creamy homemade natural yoghurt and it's a winner! Our guests love that they can add as much or as a little as they like to make their perfect yoghurt mixture.
Our sausages and bacon are locally sourced from farmers that we know of care about the welfare of the animals, which is very important to us.
Adsdean Farm is a working family farm with a mixture of cattle, pigs and 240 acres of arable crops. They use a combination of traditional farming methods alongside modern practices to provide the very best animal welfare and create the finest meat. They are also proud to say that their animals are farm-assured, free-range, predominantly grass fed and happy!
